The poker hand value chart below shows the odds of winning a showdown for each pocket or hole card hand you are dealt when all ten players go "to the river" in a Texas Hold Em limit game.

We all know that poker is not played this way but the chart is useful because it shows quite clearly, what hands are sure long-term winners or losers In such a game, your payoff will be at a rate of 9 to 1 and any hand that has win odds less than that will be a profitable hand. Conversely, any hand that has win odds greater than 9 to 1 is probably a long-term loser.

Do not base your pre flop play solely on this chart because these values change when the number of players decrease due to players that act before you fold or raise their hands.

The chart is the result of a 1,000,000-hand simulation run on Wilson Texas Turbo Hold Em version 6 and is not an exact theoretical result.
