A personal secure credit card reader lets you swipe your card at your own computer when shopping online in Canada
That is not the best thing about this little mouse sized electronic wonder developed for you, the consumer. Normally when you type in card or pin numbers they become vulnerable to hackers until they are cleared from your computer memory. The device plugs into a USB port on your computer and when you swipe a credit card your information is encrypted before it goes into your computer. This encrypted info is useless to hackers. Not having to type that long credit card number in manually is wonderful for lousy error prone typists like me. Using this little Credit card reader I am surprised that it has taken so long for such a wonderful and useful tool such as this to appear. Don't shop online again without one.
